Ronald Mis

Managing Director

Ronald Mis founded and manages the Cahoon Capital Strategic Income Fund II. He began his career at Bain and Company, a leading management consulting firm, and at Bain Capital, a highly successful private equity investment partnership. Since that time, Ron has invested in, advised, or managed businesses in numerous industries. He continues to be an active investor in both private equity and commercial and residential real estate. Ron earned a BA History from Yale College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Marina Muehlke

Director of Investor Relations

Marina Muehlke has managed Investor Relations for Cahoon Capital since 2021. In that role, she oversees communications with and manages documents for Fund II investors. A financial planner with extensive experience in the financial services industry, Marina earned her Financial Planning degree from Boston University and passed her CFP exam in November 2023.

Mike Parker

Mike Parker

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Parker manages the accounting, financial reporting and cash management operations of Cahoon Capital. Prior to joining Cahoon, Mike held senior financial and operational roles at SCS Financial Services, and Putnam Investments. Mike earned a MS in International Economics from Suffolk University and served as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Laura Collins

Laura Collins

Director of Accounting

Laura Collins joined Cahoon Capital in 2022. She assists in general ledger transactions and the preparation of financial statements for Fund II and related entities. Laura’s experience includes accounting positions at Harvard Management Company and State Street Bank and Trust. She earned a BS in Accounting from Stonehill College.

Daniel Najarian

Daniel Najarian leads Crowd Lending, Inc., the primary loan origination and servicing partner for Cahoon Capital. Dan graduated from Boston College and Suffolk Law School. An attorney for over 20 years, he has extensive experience structuring private loans to finance the acquisition and construction of real estate.

Christopher Fiumara

Christopher Fiumara co-founded Crowd Lending, Inc. with Daniel Najarian in 2016. Chris has developed real estate in Massachusetts for over 25 years, building numerous residential and commercial properties valued at more than $80 million. He graduated from Richmond College International University in London.

Cory Hitzenbuhler

Senior Accountant

Cory Hitzenbuhler joined Cahoon Capital in 2023 and plays a key role in managing general ledger transactions, tracking interest income, and assisting with financial forecasting. She earned a BS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and previously worked at Putnam Investments before bringing her expertise to the Cahoon Capital team.

Nicholas Todman

Nicholas Todman

Chief Operating Officer

Nick attended Bryant University, where he graduated with a BSBA in Accounting and a minor in Statistics in 2014. At Bryant University he was a D1 Track and Field athlete, a member of various clubs and programs, and had several internships with a Big Four accounting firm. After Bryant, Nick started full-time in the Assurance practice at a Big Four accounting firm, where he served various clients in the real estate, retail, technology, and financial services industries. Through these various positions and experiences, Nick has learned how to lead and be a contributing member of a team, as well as the importance and value of relationships. At Crowd Lending, Inc., Nick is responsible for managing a team of staff accountants, review of quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinating the financial statement audit, preparing budgets and forecasts, and preparation of various reporting requirements. Nick has also developed a standard set of controls that all individuals in financial reporting adhere to. In his free time, Nick enjoys working on his car, street photography, and playing around with his dogs, Biscuit and Coco.

Keith Carter

Keith Carter

Business Relationship Manager

Keith Carter, a Fairfield University graduate, has spent the last 15 years working in the commercial construction industry. Keith is a licensed real estate agent and comes with a background in project management, estimating, and sales. Keith resides in Duxbury MA with his wife and children. In his spare time, Keith enjoys coaching ice hockey, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. In Keith’s current role, he focuses on construction draw inspections and borrower relationships.

Anh Le

Anh Le (Jeremy)

Staff Accountant

Anh Le (Jeremy) came to the United States as an international student in 2012. He graduated from Suffolk University in May 2020 with a BSBA in Finance and Data Analytics. Throughout his years at Suffolk University, Jeremy remained on the Dean’s list and dove further into his fascination of marketing research. After graduation, Jeremy began at Crowd Lending, Inc. as a temporary administrator and soon became a full-time employee under our accounting department. At Crowd Lending, Inc. Jeremy is responsible for processing day-to-day accounting activities and helping with financial reports. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys playing video games, watching anime, and building gaming computers.

Madison Carr

Director of Operations

Madison graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2020 with a degree in Finance and Math. After graduating, she gained real estate knowledge as an independent Mortgage Loan Officer. During this time, she learned the ins and outs of the real estate market while excelling in customer relationships, critical thinking, and leadership. Madison joined the Crowd Lending family in 2022. As Director of Operations, it’s her priority to secure capital distributions and oversee the backend of loans until they have paid off. When Madison is not working, you can find her in a yoga class, visiting her family in New Hampshire, or exploring Boston with friends.

Anh Kieu

Anh Kieu

Loan Processor

Born on the South Central Coast of Vietnam, Anh Kieu moved to the United States when she was twelve. After graduating from UMass Boston in 2021 with a Bachelor in Finance and Business Intelligence, Anh began working as a loan processor for a local mortgage broker. In this role, she gained an abundance of residential mortgage knowledge, as well as loan processing experience. When she’s not working, Anh enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, exploring new cuisines, or relaxing with her cat, Luna.
